The current recruiting system leaves too many athletes unseen and too many students unsure of what comes next. Access shouldn’t depend on money, location, or who you happen to know. Co-Elite has been created to level that out, giving every student and coach a fair shot to find the right match.
Co-Elite exists to make the recruiting and school-search process fair, accessible, and straightforward. We give students and athletes one place to explore schools, compare programs, and connect directly with coaches without barriers of geography, finances, or networks. Our near-term goal is to grow a trusted platform that feels familiar, social, and genuinely useful, while giving coaches an efficient way to discover talent they wouldn’t otherwise see. We’re building the go-to hub for the journey after high school: simple, confident, and connected.

We’re actively expanding our network every day. With 25+ coaches and 30+ schools already engaged on Co-Elite, the platform is starting to build its own momentum. Our focus now is scaling across more regions, more sports, and more programs so students and athletes have even greater access — and coaches have even more talent to discover. We're just getting started.
